Shipping & Returns

📦 **Shipping & Processing**

Each order is only manufactured after receipt – this means:
The goods will be **worn by me personally after your order** and then carefully packaged and discreetly shipped.

✈️ **Delivery & Customs**

Deliveries abroad may incur **customs fees** or **import duties**. These fees are **not borne by the shop** and must be borne by the customer.

📭 **Non-delivery & refusal of acceptance**

If delivery by the parcel service is not possible or acceptance is refused, the customer will bear the **full shipping costs**.

**Re-delivery** will only take place after prior arrangement.
There is a flat rate for additional shipping.

🚫 **Cancellation & Return**

Since these are **personally worn goods**, cancellation after dispatch is **not possible**.
Cancellation is only possible during processing time (before wearing).

For hygienic and legal reasons, the return of **used underwear** is excluded.
